Tradesman Assistant / Apprentice

This is an entry-level position designed for people who are willing to learn, work hard, and develop practical skills alongside experienced tradesmen. No previous experience is required, although it will be considered an asset.

Successful candidates will receive hands-on training and have the opportunity to progress into skilled trades such as tiling, plastering, gypsum installations, painting, and other finishing works.

• Assist tradesmen with daily site activities. 

• Prepare work areas and materials. 

• Carry and organise tools and equipment. 

• Help with site cleaning and housekeeping. 

• Load and unload materials. 

• Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced team members. 

• Maintain a safe and professional working environment. 

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 

• Reliable and punctual. 

• Good communication skills. 

• Ability to perform physical work. 

• Ability to work as part of a team. 

• Driving licence is considered an asset.
